Bill Hyde is the senior partner of the Hyde Law Firm, Owner of Hyde Title Company, and General Counsel of Title Exchange Company. 

He received his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane Law School in 1968 and Masters degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University in 1971. 

He served as Assistant Professor of Finance at Louisiana State University from 1968 until 1982, teaching business law and real estate. 

Mr. Hyde is certified by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission as instructor and has designed and presented numerous programs for Continuing Education Credit. 

He served as Instructor for the Executive Development Program at the College of Business, Louisiana State University in 1980 and 1981. 

He as served as Instructor for the Consumer Protection Center School and for the Graduate Realtors Institute. 

He participated as a presenter at the 15th Institute on Real Estate Law in April of 1999 "Tax Deferred Exchanges From the Real Estate Professional’s Point of View." 

In 1981, he founded Baton Rouge Title Company which is now operated as a wholly owned subsidiary of Chicago Title Insurance Company.

He has been active in the Louisiana Land Title Association, serving as its President during 1994 and 1995. 

Mr. Hyde has conducted numerous seminars in real estate law for real estate professionals, GRI courses, and courses for Continuing Education at L.S.U. 

He is a member of the American, Louisiana, and Baton Rouge Bar Associations, the American Land Title Association, and the Federation of Exchange Accommodators.
